Looking out onto the courtyard, the Stables is entered through an arch, fully glazed to let in light. Behind are the cottage and tp the side are fields leading in one direction up to Speedwell Cavern and Winnats Pass, and in the other direction towards the Great Ridge.  There are seats and tables outside.

The cottage enjoys underfloor heating (upstairs and down), high speed wifi and easily operated blinds for the large windows when you need some privacy.  Guests will also have the use of a secure Cycle box; useful for your outdoor equipment and muddy boots.

Modern fittings are set amongst windows looking out onto a field which, in spring, is full of newborn lambs.  Beyond are views to the surrounding hills and fields.

Downstairs the cottage is open plan, allowing separate seating, dining and kitchen areas.

The kitchen is fully fitted, including washer/dryer and dishwasher.

In the first twin room, both beds face the large window and the skylight, which gives views up hillside of Cow Low, pronounced Caller, behind the Gardener's Cottage.

The second twin room has similar views and many original old beams.  Both twin rooms share the second shower room.
