Thank you for choosing to book a Cottage at Goosehill Hall, we hope you enjoy your stay with us. As your hosts, we shall do everything reasonably expected of us, however, when you make this booking, you are entering into a contract with us, so please take the time to read the conditions below.
CHARGES AND TERMS. To confirm a booking we shall require a non-returnable deposit of 25% payable by credit or debit card. We cannot take provisional bookings. The balance will be collected one calendar month before the start date using the same payment card details. Please inform us if your payment card details change. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if full payment is not received. If a booking is made less than one month prior to the start date of your holiday, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
BOOKING DETAILS. No more than the number of persons stated on the booking form may occupy each property. The holiday may not be transferred to another party or sold on without our knowledge and permission. We reserve the right to refuse a booking which we do not feel is suitable for our accommodation. This would include hen and stag parties or other groups which may cause disturbance to other guests.
During the Coronavirus pandemic we will waive the one month notice requirement of the standard terms and conditions below and endeavour to refund or rebook in all cases where we or you have to cancel a booking because of government restrictions, illness or being required to isolate.
In cases not resulting from the pandemic and related restrictions, providing we receive notice of cancellation by letter or email at least one month before the date of the holiday, you will not be liable to pay the balance. The deposit is non-refundable. In the unlikely event that the accommodation becomes unavailable and we have to cancel your holiday, then our liability is limited to a full refund, including the initial deposit.
